What does it mean to be an “investor-friendly” title company?

It means we understand the investor business inside and out and are familiar with all of the various transaction types and issues raised in connection with investor transactions.

Our Investor Group focuses solely on investment property transactions. These include but are not limited to commercial properties, wholesale deals, assignments, double-closes, entity transfers, distress sales, auctions, foreclosures, tax sales, subject-to transactions, and settlements involving private money, hard money, seller financing and other creative financing methods… and more.

Many investment property transactions involve complicated lien scenarios, threatened or pending litigation, tenant problems, or other tricky issues. Our experienced team helps parties navigate these waters. We also provide O&E reports, contract review, loan document prep and more specialized support to our investor clients.
